How do we operate?
February 2010, Meribel, 11pm - Guests out at dinner, babysitter and children in chalet. Electricity off and won't re-engage. Response time 15 mins. 10 mins to locate source of problem - faulty tumble dryer, and re-engage electricity. Chalet operator wished to arrange their own dryer repair. No charge from us.
January 2009, Meribel Village - Chalet staff discover broken bed during changeover. Incoming guests expected in under an hour. Response time 10 mins. Bed repair time 30 mins. No guest impact. Charge 20 Euros.
February 2011, Meribel 1600 - Blocked toilet macerator - removal of toilet, emptying of macerator and blockage removal, reinstallation - 1.5 hours work - Charge 30 Euros
March 2001, Meribel centre - Chalet front door won't close due to warping - planed, adjusted lock. Charge 15 Euros.
September 2011, Merbel Village - Lost post box keys - opening of postbox, lock replacement. Free of charge.
......and countless bulbs replaced, loo seats, sink & dishwasher blockages, wardrobe doors, collapsed sofas... for 10 - 25 Euros
