Summer 2011 - An extensive refurnbishment of a Cannes town centre apartment. The sitting room, hall and 3 bedroom floors were re-laid with a solid inch thick, wide plank burnt oak flooring, running continuously from room to room without join. This was finished off by new 7 inch ornate skirting, and then the rooms fully redecorated in Farrow & Ball colours. All redundant wiring was removed, walls re-lined, and all hidden wiring installed for the new tv and sound systems, including Sonos. New light fittings were installed, and door entry system upgraded.
Summer 2012 - a reservation taken for 3 weeks for the replacement of the kitchen.
